Director of Games Business Development

Proud of their continued relationships with leading game publishers, major film studios, software developers and some of the biggest broadcasters in the world. Their standards have never been compromised and their service is universally acknowledged as second to none. The company is looking to invest in the recruitment of a Director of Games Business Development for their work for hire studio’s to strategically develop and expand their already substantial presence in the Work for Hire market (specifically mobile).
The Role:
The Director of Games Business Development will be responsible for sales of the Games Business Line services worldwide (excluding North America), developing new and existing accounts to their full potential across mobile and predominantly digital platforms. Attend all major events and exhibitions, networking functions and seminars to promote the company and its services. Be the pivotal link between Publisher and Development, ensuring milestone service levels are achieved at the highest level for clients. Support and promote key marketing initiatives to generate business. Provide transparent reporting of sales activity and forecasted business on a monthly basis using Microsoft Dynamics to the Senior Management team. Manage contract negotiation; quotes, pricing and other key terms of business for new and existing clients.

The Person:

•  Ideally, 5 years in a similar role
•  Comprehensive Worldwide Contact Database of game publishers across all formats (specifically mobile)
•  Proven experience in New Business Development in mobile space
•  Commercially awareness; contract negotiation, terms of business
•  Account Management experience in a development environment
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Self-driven and able to work on own initiative
